Not to offend you but I do not know what you are trying to accomplish here. If you think this will change the average dub thinking you are wrong as you just came across as a bunch of "wacko apostates". It only justifies in their minds that they are being persecuted for the "truth" sake.

I'm confused about the Memorial? Great crowd?

Now a days they don't even need an announcement at the Kingdum Hall. I posted on another post how someone in our family now has decided that my son is not a good associate due to a post he made on Facebook and my son was asked not to go to a family function. My son has being doing the slow fade for the last 15 years. We think we know who might have said something and if it is this person he is a f*ing hypocrite himself. -

LOL these comments are killing me LOL. Unfortunately though, I find out this morning that she was not the only one. That one other sister came to the elders after the memorial crying and stated that she has "THE CALLING" but did not want to stumble any of the friends because of her past so she wanted to request that she partake of the emblems after the other friends were gone in a private room.
Like I said these cults attract all the loonies out there. It is getting as bad as some of the wacko emotional Evangelists you see on TV.

She must have had some mental issues to begin with but you know the dubs will not look to outside counseling. They probably read her a few scriptures and figured that she was fixed, As far as he partaking in the emblems, over the years I have meet a few of these "chosen ones" that were not all there in the head. -

HBO Scientology Documentary
by tresdecu inhas anyone else seen the hbo scientology documentary 'going clear' - wow...cults are just mind-blowing you wonder how people can fall for that garbage, then you (those of us former/fading jws) look in the mirror.. i would love for someone to make a major jw documentary like this.
'going clear' is getting a lot of press.

With myself like most of us on here we had no choice as we were raised in the cult and forced to go to their meetings. When I got old enough to reason for myself, with rational objective thinking, I figured it out as a bunch of brain washing BS. I believe that "religions" like the JW's, Scientology or Mormons to name a few as cults as a person cannot voluntary leave the faith without being shunned. This is one sign of a cult. Free thought is discouraged and looking up to an individual or group of individuals as the only pathway to god are more signs of it being a cult. -

I do not see what you are looking at. If you read up on subliminal images you will understand that the human mind tries to find order in random images i.e. the human face on Mars. Like someone else mentioned here it is also due to bad Watchtower artistry. These are the things that Dubs look at and think we ex dubs are all a bunch of wacko's. -

Another passive aggressive tactic that is a favorite of the Dubs. You are correct the best way to handle this is to ignore it as that is what they want to do. They want to get a reaction from you.
